Age Limit:

18- 23 times as of 01-01-2023.Aspirants should not have been born before than 02-01-2000 and  later than 01-01-2005 in the normal course. still, after a relaxation of three (03) times in upper age, the  aspirant should not have been born before than 02-01-1997. The Relaxation in age will be given as per the norms of the Government Prescribed in the Notification of SSC.

Selection Process for the SSC GD Constable 

The Process of Selection In SSC GD Constable Vacancy 2022 includes the written test in online (CBT) mode. The campaigners who'll qualify in the written test will be called for the Physical effectiveness Test( PMT) and Physical dimension Test( PMT). The PET and PMT for the SSC GD Constable will be conducted at the different training centers of the CAPFs across the country. After completion of the Physical, the Document Verification and Medical Examination will be conducted. Upon final selection, the campaigners will be assigned the separate force( BSF, CISF, CRPF, ITBP,etc.) depending upon the choice filled by the seeker in order of merit and vacuity of vacant seats.

SSC GD Constable 2022- 23 Test Pattern 

The written test of the SSC GD Constable Recruitment includes objective- type questions from General English/ Hindi, General Intelligence and logic, Mathematics, and General Knowledge. Each subject will have 20 questions with 40 marks making it a aggregate of 160 marks test. The position of the question paper will be of the 10th Class/ Matric. There will also be a negative marking of 1/ 4th for wrong answers. The time duration of the test is 60 minutes.

Physical Measurement Test (PMT) for SSC GD 2022

Ten times the number of vacuities, the campaigners will be called for the Physical Abidance and dimension Test( PET/ PST). TheEx-servicemen who'll be shortlisted in Computer Grounded Examination will have to appear in PET/ PST stage for recording measures of height, casket, and weight only. PET won't be held for theEx-servicemen campaigners.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for SSC GD 2022

 Grounded on the performance in Computer Grounded Test,  campaigners will be shortlisted for Physical( PET/ PMT) by the Commission. Physical effectiveness Test( PET) and Physical Standard Test( PST) will be conducted at  colorful centers  perfected by the CAPFs. Detailed scrutiny of  campaigners ’ eligibility/ documents will be accepted at the time of DME.   thus, it'll be the responsibility of the  campaigners to  corroborate their eligibility as  specified in this notice before appearing for CBE/ PST/ PET. During PET/ PST,  campaigners who are  set up eligible on height parameters will  suffer PET( race) followed by biometric/ technology-  backed identification. Scrutiny of eligibility of  campaigners for any relaxation i.e. age, height, and  casket  dimension will be carried out after qualifying PET( race) before PST by CAPFs PET/ PST Boards.
